PETER VULTAGGIO
President and Co-Founder

Peter Vultaggio is an international author, speaker, and consultant to major domestic and global corporations. Because Peter’s career spans large corporations as well as high tech start-ups, he is able to bring a balanced perspective of human resource issues as they relate to the needs of the business and its executive team. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from the University of California, San Diego and holds a Masters Degree in Human Resources and Organization Development from the University of San Francisco. Peter has held a variety of management positions in both operations and staff functions for companies in different industries including human resource consulting. His extensive background and systems perspective also enable him to integrate solutions with critical internal support processes and to facilitate engaging high-performing employees.

MAISIE VULTAGGIO
COO and Co-Founder

Maisie has had over 11 years experience in the fields of Human Resources and Marketing. From tradeshows to client affiliation programs, she has helped grow both mid-sized and small company’s client portfolios.

Through marketing initiatives and streamlined project management, she has helped increase the revenue of small businesses by up to 50%. Her knowledge of human resource concepts has helped with the development of business and management programs. Maisie’s focus on customer satisfaction has led to many long term client relationships, and expanded business with clients for over 9 years.

Maisie has a Bachelors of Arts degree in Communications, Human Resources and Business Management from The Ohio State University (Magna Cum Laudi) and is a certified Human Resources trainer.

BOB GIGLIOTTI
Senior Consultant

Bob Gigliotti is a dynamic and seasoned consultant and facilitator. He integrates his director-level management experience from Fortune 500 corporations into his training sessions. He has consulted and taught in various industries such as financial services, biotech, manufacturing, tourism and academia. As a consultant, he specializes in management development, change management and corporate finance. As an adjunct faculty member at the University of San Francisco, where he also earned his MBA, Bob taught corporate finance, cost accounting, managerial accounting, human resource management, and global management courses. Bob’s passion for teaching, his sense of humor and positive attitude energize the classroom experience and helps create a fun environment for participants as they expand their knowledge and competency base.

KENNETH E. HEDMAN
Senior Workforce Consultant

Kenneth E. Hedman is a highly motivated and successful work force consultant, recognized by management and organized labor as a fair and trustworthy professional, with extensive experience and industry contacts in the Western Hemisphere. His experience includes working with labor relations, safety and project management, and working with multiple labor markets in Canada, the United States, Latin America, and with the Building and Construction Trades Unions and AFL-CIO Industrial and Service Unions. He is an organized and efficient individual with a sustained record of handling high profile labor relations issues on both private and public projects.

He has led hundreds of local, regional, and national labor contract negotiations and has a great track record for developing successful short and long term labor relations strategies. He has also created a nationally recognized collaborative labor-management program that increased craft productivity and labor-management harmony, and works on both the jobsite and national levels.

Kenneth holds both a Bachelors and a Masters degree in Labor Relations from the University of Oregon.

DENISE GREEN
Senior Consultant

Denise Green is a Master Trainer/Facilitator and leads programs on Strategic Management, Influence, Fierce Communications, and Strengths-Based Development (with 360 degree feedback).

Denise has worked in line and staff management for large, multi-national firms in the San Francisco Bay Area since 1993. Her last corporate role was as Executive Coach and Director of Leadership and Management Development at Charles Schwab and Co., Inc.

Denise is a New Ventures West trained and certified Integral Coach. She has a Bachelors from Arizona State University (summa cum laude) and the University of Paris Sorbonne, and a Masters from Stanford University.

ELLEN McGINNIS

For over 16 years, Ellen has held leadership positions in a variety of industries from Fortune 500 Companies to start-ups. As a consultant, her areas of specialty are change management, organizational effectiveness, team optimization, leadership development, and group facilitation. She helps teams and individuals improve their leadership and management skills. She is equally competent in a variety of team assessment methodologies and change management tools and techniques. Ellen holds a graduate degree in Organizational Psychology. She is also a Master Trainer for The LUMI Company's Strategic Manager Series™, a qualified administrator of the MBTI (Myers Brigg's Type Indicator), and a certified instructor for Situational Leadership™. Participants in her classes verify how passionate Ellen is about helping people and organizations become more effective by reaching their highest optimal level.
